American Society of Association Executives (ASAE)

ASAE is the world’s leading membership organization for the association management profession. ASAE’s Web site is your link to the world of associations – organizations, large and small, that people join to pursue common interests. ASAE estimates that more than 100,000 associations exist in the United States alone. ASMI employees participate in many professional sections of ASAE, including: association management company, component relations, executive management, and professional development. ASAE established the AMC Section Council, which is a group of volunteers charged to assist ASAE in providing programs, services, and information that help emerging AMC owners and staffs (of any size AMC) address the unique association management and business challenges faced by an AMC.

AMC Institute

AMC Institute provides a means by which association management companies can coordinate their efforts to advance the status and scope of the association management company industry. Members seek to improve their management techniques, enhance client services, and promote innovation in the industry. ASMI is accredited by AMC Institute. The accreditation is recognized and supported by the American Society of Association Executives (ASAE) and the Center for Association Leadership and is based on the American National Standards Institute (ANSI) Standard of Good Practices for the AMC Industry. ASMI is accredited by AMC Institute.

Events Industry Council

The Events Industry Council represents more than 103,500 individuals and 19,500 firms and properties involved in the meetings, conventions, and exhibitions industry. The mission of the Events Industry Council is to be the global voice of the business events industry on advocacy, research, professional recognition and standards.

Manufacturers Alliance for Productivity and Innovation (MAPI)

The Manufacturers Alliance for Productivity and Innovation (MAPI) is a member organization focused on building strong leadership within manufacturing, and driving the growth, profitability, and stature of global manufacturers. MAPI contributes to the competitiveness of U.S. manufacturing by providing the timely and unbiased information that business executives need to improve their strategies, boost productivity, and drive innovation.

National Association of Manufacturers Council of Manufacturing Association

With more than 260 trade association members, the Council of Manufacturing Associations (CMA) is the vehicle for manufacturing associations to work together and become involved in the NAM. Its mission is to provide knowledge, resources and networks to help members create a stronger and more prosperous U.S. manufacturing sector. Its members represent every sector of manufacturing in the United States and broaden the reach and impact of the NAM’s advocacy efforts.
