Christine Jacobs
Assistant Director, EMAP
Christine is the assistant director of the Emergency Management Accreditation Program (EMAP). She coordinates special projects, including EMAP’s pilot programs in the private sector, tribal and international arenas. Nicole identifies, secures support for and implements special projects to support EMAP’s standards, accreditation/assessment activities, and strategic goals. She is the primary staff liaison to the EMAP Technical Committee and Standards Subcommittee focused on the development and improvements of the Emergency Management Standard along with the Private Sector Committee. She attended the University of North Texas and studied emergency administration and disaster planning. Christine joined ASMI in 2017.
