David is an assessment coordinator of the Emergency Management Accreditation Program (EMAP). He assigns assessment teams, works with programs to complete the accreditation process, and is the primary point of contact for all state and local accreditation program applicants. David is the primary staff liaison to committees associated with the assessment process. He attended the University of Kentucky and previously worked for Kentucky Emergency Management. David joined ASMI in 2017.
