As a project manager, Chelsea manages the ASPR cooperative agreement for the National Association of EMS Officials (NASEMSO) to strengthen national capabilities for interfacility transport of patients with suspect or confirmed special pathogens. She is the IAEM Think Tank producer and is instrumental in producing online programming for clients. She also assists with the IAEM Certified Emergency Manager program and IAEM-USA Board management. Prior to coming to ASMI, she was a volunteer emergency medical technician in Radnor, Pennsylvania, and received her B.S. in biochemistry from Villanova University in 2014. In 2015, she received her M.S. in healthcare emergency management from Boston University. Chelsea joined ASMI in 2015.
