Michelle Savoie
Program Manager, Meetings Planner, Competitions Coordinator

Michelle is the meetings manager and competitions coordinator for NAGC. She also assists the NAGC executive director with board relations. She is the program manager and meetings manager for CCPRF and the meetings manager for AVEM and PEMA®. For IAEM, Michelle assists with the annual meeting, registration, awards, and volunteers. Prior to employment with ASMI, Michelle worked for the State Department (Refugee Affairs Advisor), USAID (Program Manager), Boston University , several non-profits, and operated a catering firm for 13 years, as well as serving as a pastry cook at a Ritz Carlton Hotel. She has a B.A. in Anthropology/Archaeology from the University of Arizona and has completed graduate studies in Social Anthropology at Boston University . Michelle has Professional Culinary Arts Certification and Professional Pastry Arts Certification. She joined ASMI in 2007.
